To me, nothing is more pleasant than to slap on a coat of pink polish, especially when it's snowing in the middle of March!

I love that quote. And totally agree, nothing like a fresh coat of pink nail polish--my favourite is Hawiian Orchid by OPI. Especially when it's -11C.
In fact perfect is fresh pink polish… homemade gingersnaps… Murchie's Irish Breakfast tea and an entire afternoon of uninterupted knitting :-D.
